1. HRMS (Local+Global):
- Work with HR Managers to install new HRM systems successfully and maintain HRM systems to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness after the systems go live
- Prepare/ Update User Manuals for all Modules of HRM systems and conduct trainings for users to make sure that they can use system well and accurately.
- Be in charge of input/update employees data , generate reports, and maintain the highest data accuracy
- Updating payment reports for accounting requirement, and ad-hoc reports as required by manager and regional HR team.
- Maintain & monitor data integration between local system & Global system
2. Compensation& Benefit
- Take care of the monthly payroll to local employees to make sure members will receive proper compensation and benefits fully and timely.
- For Expat's procedure, support Manager to update and record the related income and expenses.
- Prepare and declare PIT of local in monthly, quarterly, and yearly in accordance with relevant laws. For Expat's procedure, support Manager to record the related report
- Register of Dependents for Tax relief and register PIT code for Employee and 3rd parties in accordance with relevant laws.
- Proceed with Addition/ Exclusion of employees in Compulsory Social Insurance and Health & Accident Insurance and handle the SI schemes (Sickness, Maternity and etc) to ensure Employee enjoy the benefits fully and timely
- Prepare and follow up the labor contract extension / Annual Labor Contract Appendix in compliance with Company procedure and Employment Law
- Prepare and submit the Reports periodically as required by the competent Authority (Expat and Local Employment Reports, Labor Safety and Hygiene Report)
- Support Manager to provide C&B's data & reports as requested
3. Employee Relation
- Support Manager to update and Revise the HR policies responding to the current situation
- Support
HR Manager to monitor the compliance of employees in respect of he Internal Labor Rule, Welfare Policy as well as company regulation.
- Conduct HR Orientation and interpret the Internal Labor Rules and Welfare Policy, others related policies as well as company regulation to the employees
- Deliver Employee Welfare in timely and appropriately manner to promote employee's motivation"
4. Recruitment
- Perform the life cycle of recruitment from job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement to Offer letter to recruit qualified members
- Support HR Managers to work with headhunt to fill up the key positions or high level positions.
Execute On-boarding procedures as well as Off-boarding procedures in compliance with the internal SOP and employment law.
5. Learning & Development
- Support HR Manager to plan and implement learning and development strategy that are aligned with the global/ regional/ locally HR strategies and company Business strategies and manager the training plan & budget.
- Prepare and follow the annual training plan (Specific Training and Soft skill training) as well as TOEIC achievement to improve employee's capability.
- Executive the administration works to conduct the internal and external trainings for all employees.
6. Human Capital Strategy
- Support HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the global/ regional/ locally HR strategies to support business objectives and drive organizational growth (talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, HRBP, competency framework, Global Levelling and so on)
- Update the HC movement periodically and submit the HC report to the Regional HCM as requested
- Check the DnA HR Dashboard periodically and work with HR members to update or revise HR Data timely and accurately
- Update the Organization chart monthly and upon request.
7. HR-GA Budget
- Record the related expenses to HR and ensure the expenses within the approved budget.
8. Administrative Regulatory Affairs/GA Tasks Back up
- Back up for the GA works related to
Purchasing of Office supplies , Pantry supplies + Postage Management + 5S + Labor Safety and Hygiene, Fire Prevention.
9. Company Events
- Support Employee Engagement Executive and OVN Union to organize Company's events to enhance employee's engagement and promote a fun but professional environment: including but not limited to Team-building activities, end-of-year party, company trip.
