Grant Thornton (Vietnam) Limited is an independent member firm of Grant Thornton International. We are a leading professional services organisation in Vietnam providing Audit, Tax, Advisory and Business Process Solution services. We have a professional team of 12 Partners and more than 300 professional staffs in offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
In order to meet the demand of our growing practices, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a position of Human Resource Generalist of our Hanoi office. Detailed tasks of and required qualifications for this position are as follows:
Overall role purpose: Working as part of the team to assist in recruitment and other human resource tasks under the guidance and instruction of Senior Associate, Assistant Manager and Senior Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
RECRUITMENT & TRAINING
• Support to post the job advertisements on social media forums, make cold calls, attend career fairs and visit local college campuses or universities;
• Assist to perform the hiring process which may include collecting and filing paperwork, arrange the interview, and providing new employee orientation assistance;
• To build up and maintain a healthy pool of qualified applicants database;
• Support other training activities as required.
HR ADMIN TASKS:
• Check monthly timesheets, annual leave and over time request
• Propose ideas and support to organize internal activities/events such as year-end party, long service anniversary, outing, company trip, CSR activities ...
• Other tasks as require or request from Senior Manager.

Yêu cầu

Required Qualifications/skills:
• Fresh graduation in related fields such as Human Resource, Business Administration or Linguistic;
• Having the experience in relevant fields in international organizations or foreign-owned companies is an advantage;
• Well-organized and detailed- oriented;
• Good command in English;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms

Grant Thornton Vietnam is an independent member firm of Grant Thornton International and was established in 1993. Initially it was a joint venture with Concetti. In 1997, Grant Thornton Vietnam was converted to a 100% foreign owned enterprise, and opened a branch in Ho Chi Minh City.

In 1998, we officially became a full member of Grant Thornton International. The firm's name was changed to Grant Thornton (Vietnam) Limited in 1999.

In 2007, we proudly met the criteria to audit listed companies.

In 2013, we were more than excited to celebrate our 20 years Anniversary in Vietnam. It has been a gratifying and successful endeavour as we have grown from our first days in 1993 to who we are today. Also in this year, Grant Thornton Vietnam has been listed as the only foreign invested firm that has been permitted to determine the value of 100-per-cent state-owned enterprises by the Ministry of Finance Vietnam.

2014 has marked another milestone. From 1st July 2014, Grant Thornton Vietnam Ltd and Nexia ACPA Auditing & Consulting Co Ltd ("ACPA") are to merge officially. The merged firm will be part of the Grant Thornton global network and will practice under the Grant Thornton name. The merger brings together a leading professional services firm in Vietnam with an excellent combination of professional team of 14 partners and more than 220 professional staff in offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

In 2015, Grant Thornton Vietnam was listed as the only foreign invested firm that has been permitted to determine the value of 100-per-cent state-owned enterprises by Ministry of Finance Vietnam. In 2016, we remain dedicated to delivering solutions to meet our clients' current and future needs, and continue to be focused on helping our clients to unlock the growth potential of their business.

In 2018, we are very excited to celebrate our 25 years anniversary in Vietnam.

In 2019, management board welcomed a female Partner; this aligned with the Grant Thornton global strategy in diversity in leadership.
