Position brief:
In the HR area, SCG Vietnam Co., LTD is serving as a coordinator and organizer of Corporate Learning & Development programs, Employee engagement activities, Job fairs, Internship programs, and other assigned HR tasks.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with HRs of SCG's subsidiaries and training partners to organize the training courses of SCG as planned.
Prepare logistics and conduct on-site support to learners during training periods.
Record the training status and prepare training reports to provide HRs, Line Managers, and the companies on time.
Provide support in employee engagement initiatives, such as team building, outing trips, special occasion activities, and recognition programs.
Research new ideas to enhance company engagement through "trendy" activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field. (final year)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
Detail-oriented and well-organized, with excellent time management skills.
Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Passionate in the HR field
Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 6 months.
