Communications
Support the development of weekly content aligned with the company's Content Pillars & Content Angles.
Write captions, design basic visual materials (using Canva), and edit short videos (CapCut/Canva) tailored to each platform.
Assist in managing and operating the company's social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn): posting content, editing, and scheduling according to plan.
Support internal communications for recruitment campaigns, events, welcome newbies, and TV clips.
Take photos and videos at events; monitor and respond to comments and messages on social channels in a timely and professional manner.
Learning & Development
Prepare training logistics (classrooms, materials, equipment, etc.) and support learners and trainers throughout the course.
Track attendance, collect feedback, and assist in evaluating trainers and participants.
Support the organization of internal training programs and collaborate with the team to implement e-learning courses on the system.
Consolidate and prepare post-training reports under the manager's guidance.
Yêu cầu
Third- or fourth-year students majoring in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Strong interest in and career orientation toward Human Resources and Employer Branding.
Good communication skills; proactive, creative, and open-minded at work.
Strong content writing skills with the ability to create engaging content across social media platforms.
Basic design skills using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
Experience with or knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn is a plus.
Good teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, and complete assigned tasks effectively.
Preferred candidates who can work 3-4 days per week (Monday-Friday).
