Mô tả công việc
Management
• Plan, organize, and control the activities, actions, and budgets of the HR/Admin/Legal department.
• Work closely with the BOM and provide key contributions to SEV's goal development & strategic planning.
• Manage, train & develop staff within the HR/Admin/Legal department and oversee employee training & development within the whole company.
• Play the leading role in communicating & promoting SEV's company values and culture within the organization. Develop & implement activities to ensure a complete understanding of our values & culture by the whole team.
• Have the knowledge and experience of OKRs training and are in charge of internal championship
Human Resources
• Oversee the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of all human resources activities within SEV.
• In charge of the recruitment cycle: Job offer / Evaluation of probationary period / Labour contract
• Able to attract candidates by the company's values and to convince candidates to apply for our company's open positions successfully
• Able to use and implement software for accurate screening.
• Knowledge and successful use of the WHO Method or some other method
• Build transition frameworks.
• Identify cultural and character fit.
• Monitor and control such policies that ensure staff compliance with company regulations, work practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Develop and manage a comprehensive recruitment program, build & maintain a constant funnel & database for high-level candidates, manage the full interview process, and represent the company as the first & crucial communication point for candidates.
• Work with team leaders to ensure new hires receive a welcoming, inclusive, and complete onboarding experience - equipping them to hit the ground running with all the necessary tools & knowledge.
• Ensure that all employee contracts and internal/external job descriptions are maintained as accurate and up to date.
• Oversee compulsory social, health & unemployment insurance, Personal Income Taxes, and work permits/visas for ex-pats.
• Support SEV's management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues within the company, applying effective conflict resolution practices.
• Ensure full company compliance with all relevant Vietnamese laws and codes and perform proper reporting to the BOM.
• Scaling and building a team and retention programs.
• Administration
• Lead activities & projects to enhance the company's administrative processes and foster a positive, efficient, and enjoyable working environment.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain cost-effective equipment and services, including maintenance cost-effective supplies, etc.
• Oversee office equipment leases and service maintenance contracts.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or equivalent.
• Experience in HR or related fields.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Experienced in training and coaching staff.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of labor law
• Competence in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge and successful use of the WHO Method or some other method
• Willing to work evenings and weekends during events.
• Fluent writing & communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Knowledge of financial fundamentals to engage in budget management & reporting.
• Ability to understand and work effectively with the OKR goal-setting methodology, and within an Agile work environment.
• Experience in HR or related fields.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Experienced in training and coaching staff.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
