Mô tả công việc
Job description
1. Recruitment
- Lead the recruitment and selection process in line with local law & legislation.
- Handle the whole life cycle of staffing, such as onboarding/ off-boarding, new employee orientation, exit process & interview.
2. Compensation & Benefits
Payroll
- Running monthly payroll by computing the attendance record and leave, calculating the bonuses, overtime, and social benefits for eligible employees, updating new hires and resigns, etc ...
- Arranging for pay bank transfer and distribution of pay slips.
- Proceeding all required payroll reports.
PIT
- Monitoring the PIT quarterly & annual settlements.
- Dealing with Tax Officers and auditors in PIT issues
- Controlling PIT costs monthly, quarterly, and yearly
- Providing updated legal regulations and laws in relation to PIT
Social insurance (SHUI)
- Ensure all the submissions related to SHUI are made properly.
- Give the solution to any issues that happen and lead the team to act.
- Controlling Social Insurance costs monthly& yearly.
- Arranging for SHUI payment.
- Proceeding with all required procedures.
3. Offering, Labor contract & Termination
- Preparing the offer letter.
- Follow up probation evaluations and contract renewal evaluations, and prepare the labor contracts within the required time frame.
- Prepare documents concerning employees (i.e. promotion, demotion, termination, PIT receipts) ensuring high standard quality and timeliness criteria are always met.
- Employee data management.
- Manage all kinds of labor contracts for local staff (permanent, freelancer & probation) & renewal labor contracts.
- Prepare necessary action needs for foreign employees such as visas, Work Permits, TRC...
- Make an addendum to the labor contract (if any).
- Proceed with all documentation for resignation (contract termination decision, contract liquidation minutes) and ensure all resignation cases are addressed in compliance with the company's regulations.
- Ensure all kinds of labor contracts are given to employees on time.
4. Others
- Annual budget and manpower cost
- Calculating the yearly HR budget & people cost
- Controlling the actual people cost of each team vs the yearly budget.
- Team management
- Training, coach & develop subordinates by progressively transferring knowledge for career development and succession planning.
- Contribute to building HR's culture and driving positive change wherever applicable.
- Report and work closely with the CEO to help drive a strong culture within the company.

Yêu cầu
Requirements
- Five years or more of experience in C&B, HR, and recruitment. Relevant work experience in designated HR & compensation & benefits
- Ability to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams, build relationships/credibility across the organization, and quickly assume responsibility in a new organization.
- Good planning and communication skills
- Critical thinking and strong influencing skills.
- Collaborative, trustworthy, well-organized self-starter
- Ability to perform multi-tasks and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Good personal and business ethics
- Strong analytical, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in the IT industry preferred.
- Good MS Office skills
- Good communication in English.
- To be able to communicate in Japanese is preferred.
