Mô tả công việc
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and
preservation of human capital
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
7. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
9. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
10. Maintain policies and procedures for hiring, training, compensation, employee benefits, labor relations,
and personnel information. Communicate changes and deadlines to staff
11. Fulfill and adhere to the legal requirements to ensure compliance

Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's Degree of HR, Business Administration, and related fields
2. At least 3 years of supervisory of experience in the field of Human Resource. Experience in hospitality is preferred!
3. Experience team management, leadership & development skills
4. Successful in building and mentoring high performance teams committed to quality and promoting a spirit of teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement
5. Experience in financial management to include budget and analysis of projects and programs
6. Proficient in English: Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading

2. Working hour: Monday - Friday, from 8:30 - 17:30 (Lunch time: 12:00 - 13:00)
