Receptionist
1. Receptionist at the Company's office, welcoming guests, arranging and preparing meetings
2. Book air tickets, hotels... for business trips
3. Records incoming and outgoing documents.
4. Office administrative management: stationery, machinery and equipment
5. Develop plans, organize, supervise the implementation of security, labor safety, fire and explosion prevention, and legal relations with administrative agencies in local.
6. Control costs of stationery, machinery and equipment repair and replacement, other administrative costs, and annual inventory.
7. Participate in organizing the Company's cultural events.
Develop and implement recruitment
1. Summarize the recruitment needs of the Departments and prepare a recruitment plan to submit to the Department Head.
2. Post jobs, receive, screen applications and coordinate with the Head of Department to organize interviews and select suitable candidates according to plan.
3. Send notices and draft labor contracts for qualified candidates.
4. Integration training, guidance, and introduction to new employees about the Company's personnel policies and regulations.
Develop and implement training plans
1. Summarize training needs and make training plans for each employee to periodically submit to the Department Head.
2. Propose the selection of training facilities and directly contact, coordinate, and supervise training programs to improve qualifications and skills for employees
3. Monitor and synthesize training results, prepare an evaluation report on training results to submit to the Department Head.
Operate the salary, bonus and other remuneration systems in accordance with the Company's regulations
1. Summarize workdays, calculate salaries, bonuses and other benefits for employees
2. Building and perfecting the management system and evaluating work performance.
3. Summarize the results of the entire Company's evaluation and submit it to the Head of Department.
4. Coordinate with research units, develop programs, plans, regulations on labor safety, labor protection, fire and explosion prevention... and monitor and supervise implementation.
5. Record and manage emplyee data, evaluation and prepare labor contract task
