Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Provide HR guidance and support to senior management in decision-making processes.
Continuously assess and improve HR processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Design and implement individualized performance plans for employees and employee retention strategies.
Conduct performance and salary reviews.
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
Guide and support management through the process of addressing underperforming employees.
Develop and cultivate active, two-way communications with all levels of employees in all teams.
Positive Employee Experience:
Promote work-life balance initiatives to support employees' well-being and prevent burnout.
Offer flexible work arrangements, such as remote work options and flexible scheduling, where feasible.
Provide resources and support for employees to manage stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance
Performance:
Design and implement individualized performance plans for employees and employee retention strategies.
Conduct performance and salary reviews.
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
Guide and support management through the process of addressing underperforming employees.
Develop and cultivate active, two-way communications with all levels of employees in all teams.
General & Recruitment:
Ensuring HR activities, records, and forms are compliant with applicable laws or guidelines.
Maintain company organization charts, employee directory, documentation/files/records, and systems and processes.
Manage recruitment workflow, process job posting and establish an effective recruitment channel and talent pool for cost saving and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven 3-4 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in startup or a minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, have built process from the beginning
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
