A human resource (HR) specialist is a professional who works directly in the field of compensation, benefits, policy as well as establishing the procedures of working in the company and recruitment for the positions that company needs. HR specialist builds policies, rights, and obligations of the company to employees and vice versa, and ensure the rights and fair rewards and punishments in accordance with the policy, handle payment issues, complaints about salary, bonus, insurance, termination, resignation, leave,... other benefits of employees in the company, propose solutions to fix issues about employee rights in a reasonable and satisfactory way. Besides that the HR specialist is in charge of recruitment.
Responsibilities
1. Compensation and benefits (70%):
Check and monitor the attendance and implementation of the labor law on working hours of all employees.
Manage the leave, compensatory leave, overtime and other regimes according to the rules and regulations of the company.
Calculate and process the payment of salary, bonus, and other benefits on a monthly basis and during holidays and festivals
Organize the storage, arrangement, updating and preservation of salary files, promotion files, salary increase request letters, disciplinary salary reduction files, handover files when leaving and other documents related to salary.
Install the data of employees on the company's software.
Coordinate the monitoring and management of the company's welfare policy system.
Prepare documents for foreign labor permits, proposals and policies related to administrative agencies, and database reports related to foreign labor.
Monitor, update the increase and decrease data of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and compare with the social insurance agency on a monthly basis.
Complete the files, procedures and contact the social insurance agency for employees to participate and guide social insurance, health insurance regimes in accordance with regulations.
Write a number of documents related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Prepare a list of employees who must pay income tax, write income tax invoices and pay income tax for employees (if any).
Propose to build policies, welfare regimes, salary policies, rewards, regulations, regulations,... of the Company.
Update the legal regulations on regimes, policies, and wages to promptly supplement and amend the company's regimes and policies in accordance with the law.
Prepare ATM card application files for employees and work with banks.
Resolve employee termination.
Answer all questions related to the salary policy and other related issues.
2. Recruitment (30%):
Receiving recruitment needs of departments in the Company, making recruitment plans.
Coordinating and organizing the implementation of the plans.
Drafting internal recruitment notices and job postings on recruitment channels, conducting job postings.
Analyze resumes, screen / pre-select / select the list of candidates after interview, perform reference check.
Responsible for recruitment results, summarizing interview results, submitting successful applications and announcing interview results.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Graduated from finance, banking, human resource management or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in the position of C&B staff, C&B specialist or equivalent positions.
Proficient in office software
Familiar with Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Good English communication skill
