Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Human Resource Supervisor (Trading, ID 16953, 2000USD):
1. Recruitment
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
Ensure timely hiring to meet business demands
Work closely with HQ and local management to align hiring needs
2. Payroll & Compensation
Calculate monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, and incentive bonuses
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payment
Support compensation-related processes and records
3. Employee Relations
Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures
Manage labor contracts and employee documentation
Coordinate social insurance and labor compliance
4. HR Operations & Administration
Oversee headcount tracking and monthly performance management processes
Maintain office environment, facilities, and administrative activities
Support office relocation and ensure a productive working environment
Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirement
Male/Female, Age: Under 42
Minimum 3 years of solid experience in similar position, with at least 1 year in FMCG industry
Solid experience in recruitment
Ability to work independently in a small or startup environment
Strong capability to handle full-spectrum HR functions (HR generalist)
Fluent in English or Chinese (mandatory)
