HR & ADMIN SUPERVISOR
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam | Employment: Full-time
Role Overview
Oversee daily HR and office administration activities, ensuring accurate records, timely execution and compliance with Vietnamese regulations and company policies. Coordinate outsourced services and verify their work.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews and offboarding.
Maintain employee records, contracts and relevant expiry dates.
Check attendance, leave, overtime and payroll inputs; coordinate compulsory insurance and personal income tax administration.
Support employee relations, performance reviews, training and engagement activities.
Monitor HR compliance and workplace safety, including requirements for employees assigned to customer sites.
Manage office facilities, assets,
purchasing, administrative expenses and vendors.
Prepare monthly HR/Admin reports, highlight issues and follow up corrective actions.
Maintain and improve HR/Admin procedures and checklists.
Requirements
College or bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on HR and administration experience.
Practical knowledge of Vietnamese labour regulations, payroll and compulsory insurance.
Strong Excel skills and working business English; Chinese is an advantage.
Good communication, organization, judgment and confidentiality.
Logistics industry experience and supervisory experience are preferred.
Authority & Accountability
Handle routine matters within approved policies and budgets. Management approval is required for headcount changes, compensation decisions, serious disciplinary action, termination and major commitments.
Performance Expectations
Accurate and timely payroll inputs, complete employee records, proactive deadline tracking, prompt escalation of compliance issues, controlled administrative costs and timely reporting.
