Mô tả công việc
Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
Lead the recruitment process for technical positions, including developers, engineers, and other IT professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors to ensure quality candidate pipelines (in mid-term)
Develop and maintain a strong talent pool to attract talents (in thelong term)
Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
Onboarding and Training:
Develop and manage an onboarding program to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and processes.
Identify training needs and coordinate technical and soft skills training programs.
Assist in the development of career paths for employees.
Employee Engagement & Relation:
Create and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover
Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through various HR initiatives.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Design and manage performance appraisal processes to recognize and reward exceptional performance
Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and improvement plans.
Establish HR metrics to track key HR performance indicators.
Report directly to the Country Manager when needed.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
5+ years of proven experience in HR management roles.
In-depth knowledge of the project development team and technical terminology.
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (Fluent) or Professional Working Proficiency in French (C1 level or similar).
Strong knowledge of talent pool building, L&D, and employee engagement.
Familiar with ATS.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
5+ years of proven experience in HR management roles.
