Mô tả công việc
1. Managing and operating the entire human resources of the Group's Hotel/ Resort.
2. Developing human resource plans, policies and guide the implementation according to the Group's guidelines.
3. Developing annual headcount plans and control the implementation of recruitment plans of Hotel/ Resort, ensuring to meet the requirements of quality, quantity and time.
4. Developing, managing, controlling and implementing annual, quarterly and monthly training plans suitable for each Hotel/ Resort of the Group.
5. Presiding over the building and implementation of corporate culture according to the Group's orientation.
6. Advise the Board of Directors on personnel issues to achieve high efficiency and ensure compliance.
7. Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu
I. Professional qualifications/Degrees: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management / Psychology / Law / Business Administration.
II. Professional background:
At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
At least 03 years of experience at the same position in 4-5 star hotel chains in Vietnam (at least 5 properties)
Experience in managing training and development programs in 4-5 star hotels chains
Experience in designing and delivering management development and soft skills
General knowledge of human resources management (managing people, developing relationships), knowledge of team leadership and coordination of work and resources.
III. Other Requirements and Skills:
YOB: between 1977 - 1990
Having vision, strategic thinking, business acumen.
Influencing, inspiring
Conflict resolution skills.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to manage, lead, make decisions.
High sense of responsibility, independence and creativity in work. Know how to orient and promote the team's capacity for common goals.
Fluently in English
