POSITION PURPOSE:
We are looking for an HR Executive for a multi-faceted role that combines Training & Development and HR Performance Coaching for ZWILLING Vietnam employees.
This role is dedicated to designing, coordinating, and delivering impactful development initiatives that enhance employee capabilities, while providing performance coaching and guidance to both team members and their line managers. Across both key focus areas, the HR Executive will regularly report on progress, trends, and business outcomes to the ZWILLING Vietnam Board of Management and international line managers.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Training & Development (40%)
Conduct training needs analysis across departments, identifying skills and competency gaps via structured need-assessment methods, such as surveys, 1-on-1 interviews with employees and their line managers, and other effective methods.
Design and maintain the company training plan/calendar, individualizing training paths by employee/team based on identified needs.
Sourcing and recommending credible internal and external training contents to address each employee's training needs.
Track training participation, completion, and budgets; maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
Collect and consolidate training feedback, especially training outcomes and evaluation data, and propose improvements to training programs.
HR Performance Coach (40%)
Provide coaching and guidance to employees on performance, development, and workplace challenges, in coordination with respective line managers.
Monitor and track trends in employee performance, engagement, and satisfaction (e.g., KPI data, surveys), flagging emerging issues to the Chief Accountant & HR and relevant line managers.
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on coaching activities, performance trends, and engagement for the Board of Management.
Support the administration of the performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews), including tools, templates, and reminders.
Support the planning and execution of initiatives that foster employee motivation and engagement.
Collaborate with the HR Performance Coach to align coaching approaches and share best practices across the Company.
HR Operations (20%)
Providing general administrative and HR operational support when needed.
Demonstrate willingness and ability to support company activities and events (e.g., Christmas Party, Women's Day, company trip, year-end party etc.) alongside the HR team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development; prior exposure to employee coaching/performance management is a plus.
Good to fluent command of English (both written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and analytical skills; comfortable working with HR and performance data.
Open-minded, proactive, and willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Responsible and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in daily tasks.
Genuine passion for and strong focus on training outcomes and measurable learner impact.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to support the coaching dimension of the role (prior formal coaching experience or certification is not required).
