JOB DESCRIPTION
1/ Human Resources Development scope:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talents for the company
Represent the company internally and externally to build relationships with potential candidates
Develop engagement strategies to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture
Develop learning and development strategies to drive business success
2/ Human Resources Operations scope:
Develop and maintain competitive benefit package to enforce employee commitment
Organize, maintain, and optimize all HR operational systems
Report metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR strategies and employee satisfaction
Maintain all employee information and documents
OUR REQUIREMENTS
Based in HCMC
Able to commit at least 6 months
Majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Business Administration, or related areas
IELTS at least 7.0 or above
Prior experience with recruitment, leadership, and management roles in clubs, student organizations, NGOs
Internship experience in related role is a plus
