Accountabilities:
Essential Functions
• Assist in posting job openings and sourcing candidates for junior positions.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as document collection.
Additional Responsibilities
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the team.
Hiring Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Prior experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous.
