Role Description
We are currently looking for a talented HR Operation Intern to join our team. If you love creating high-quality and engaging content and drive business success with it, we want you on our team!
As an HR Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions within the organization. This internship offers a comprehensive experience in recruitment, internal engagement, office administration, and HR projects. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the department.
Recruitment (30%):
Assist in recruiting for positions across all levels, with a particular focus on Associate Consultant (AC) positions.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each position.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Internal Engagement (20%):
Assist in planning and organizing company events, such as team-building activities, celebrations, and trips.
Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, transportation arrangements, and catering.
Contribute ideas to enhance employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture.
Office Administration (30%):
Aid in procuring office supplies, selecting vendors, and managing services.
Administer tasks related to payment and office expenses.
Manage office equipment, stationery, and office assets
HR Projects (20%):
Contribute to ongoing HR projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing employee experience.
Assist in the development and implementation of the onboarding process for new hires.
Support in conducting probation reviews and gathering feedback from managers and employees.
Contribute ideas and initiatives to strengthen the employer branding of the company.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
