Working type: Monday - Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM (Remote)

Role Description
Support job posting and manage recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Joboko, university groups, etc.)
Source and approach potential candidates for intern and full-time positions
Screen CVs and coordinate interview schedules
Track candidate pipelines and update recruitment databases
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing content
Collaborate with different teams to improve recruitment processes
Participate in university recruitment events, career fairs, and networking activities
Qualifications
2nd-4th year students or fresh graduates majoring in HR, Business, Marketing, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive mindset with willingness to learn quickly
Interested in startup environments and technology
Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or LinkedIn is a plus
Passion for sports or sports-tech is a strong advantage
