1. HR Team Management:
Lead and manage a large-scale HR team, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations.
Oversee organizational development (OD), compensation & benefits (C&B), administration (Admin), and regional HR teams responsible for recruitment and office administration.
2. HR System Implementation:
Transition the company from Excel-based HR management to a comprehensive HR IT/IS system.
Implement and manage HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
3. Strategic HR Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
5. Employee Relations and Performance Management:
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
6. Collaboration:
Work with Korean HR manger within the business management team.

Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive roles.
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases, particularly HR IT/IS systems.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field.
Intermediate or higher English speaking skills.
Intermediate or higher Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Shuttle bus: District 7 , District 10, An Suong (District 12)
