Salary up to $2700/month awaits! We are recruiting Human Resources Manager (ID17995) for a foreign-invested company:
Lead initiatives to attract and recruit talent for both staff and worker-level positions, ensuring alignment with business KPIs and workforce planning.
Maintain strong relationships with local communities and external agencies to support talent acquisition and retention.
Oversee onboarding and soft skills development for new hires, in collaboration with the Training Centre.
Support the GM-HR in driving mindset and cultural transformation aligned with lean practices (MOS).
Develop and monitor KPIs related to employee engagement, absenteeism, and turnover.
Ensure all departments understand and comply with customer and legal compliance standards through awareness training and close coordination with the Compliance Manager.
Handle labor and industrial relations issues in coordination with external parties such as the Labor Department and EFC.
Oversee disciplinary procedures, ensuring fair and consistent implementation.
Coordinate employee engagement forums such as Joint Consultative Committees and department-level meetings.
Conduct employee climate surveys and ensure feedback is acted upon to maintain industrial harmony.
Support management with additional HR-related tasks and strategic projects as needed.
Requirement
Male/Female, Under 45 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 3-5 years in a similar leadership role.
Strong background in high-volume recruitment, particularly in the garment/factory sector.
In-depth knowledge of HRM and HRD, including recruitment, training, C&B, compliance, labor law, and industrial relations.
Fluent in English
