Human Resources Operations Senior Specialist

The Role:
The HR Generalist II should have experience in Onboarding, Separations and Background verifications. You will assist with and help implement various HR initiatives and services to support the business in maximizing people capabilities to increase business performance and productivity.
Responsibilities:
• HR master data, HR systems.
• Support payroll processing, reports related to resources, salary...
• Support PIT for employees and expats.
• Monthly reports preparation to respective leaders
• Follow working procedures, policies, rules and regulations
• Other tasks or responsibilities assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related major.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations/Compensation & Benefits field.
• Extensive knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Personal Income Tax Law, Social Insurance Law and HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam.
• Excellent numerical and data analysis skills with strong logical thinking.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skill, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in English skill.
• Compliance awareness is preferred
• Responsible, careful and detail-oriented.
