Human Resources Specialist (Local Talent Acquisition & HRIS)

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies and employee administration across Vietnam in order to ensure the effective talent sourcing according to company's recruitment requirements. Deliver high-quality and timely recruiting service to the hiring managers. Under limited supervision, maintain and process information in company's HR information system in order to ensure accurate and secure data are available to stakeholders, within operating principles, legal requirements and corporate guidelines, support HRIS team in managing escalations and resolving issues.



Core Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing and Recruitment

• Understand local talent supply and demand dynamics and develop hiring plan together with business and HR.

• Implement sourcing strategies through the use of various and creative sourcing channels: social media, cold calling, referrals, internet research, internal database, networking, user groups, alumni associations, conferences, etc.

• Ensure compliance with talent acquisition process standards and best practices.

• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end (from sourcing to short listing to selection and offer management).

• Qualify candidates for current or future openings through the utilisation of qualification and pre- screening tools.



Market Insights

• Identify talent on the market and build a pipeline of candidates for future vacancies.

• Manage local vendor relationships and ensure high service levels.

• Capture talent intelligence and ensure that talent information is shared and fully leveraged at and beyond site level.



Employer Branding

• Ensure a great candidate experience for both active and passive candidates and for referrers.

• Build a strong network and presence at relevant external events to strongly promote the Givaudan employment brand.



Engage System Support

• Operate company's HR information and talent management system so that the stored information is accurate and secure, meets the or-ganisation's legal obligations, and assists in human resource management and planning.

• Respond to enquiries from employees and managers about individual and organisation-wide human resource information, without compromising the organisation's standards of privacy and confidentiality.

• Interact with internal customers via phone or email and register cases in case management system.

• Resolve cases where covered by existing knowledge base.

• Route cases to other service teams as needed.



Internal Customer Support

• Provide back-office support to HR and COE organization.

• Ensure ongoing operational and strategic communication.



Team Support & Development

• Managing training for new hires and ensure adequate cross training among the team.

• Manage knowledge base build-up and highlight gaps.

• Seek clarifications from HR COE organisation.
