Role Description The Human Resources Specialist at Axe AI is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role manages day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, supporting employee lifecycle processes, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The specialist will handle employee benefits administration, assist with performance management processes, and support HR-related inquiries from team members.
Responsibilities also include collaborating with managers on workforce planning, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and contributing to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and organizational culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in supporting daily HR operations.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including development, implementation, and compliance.
Candidates should possess Personnel Management capabilities, including maintaining records, supporting performance processes, and handling employee relations.
Relevant skills such as familiarity with local labor laws in Vietnam, experience with HRIS or HR software, and proficiency in MS Office tools are beneficial.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Prior experience in a tech or startup environment is a plus, along with fluency in English and Vietnamese.
