Mô tả công việc
1. Job Description:
- Calculate salary, social insurance and PIT
- Plan, organize and follow company training programs
- Carry out recruitment activities
- Organize/follow promotion programs, skill mapping, labor contracts and develop company culture
- Collaborate on other company tasks and activities such as committees, projects, audits and training

Yêu cầu
- Have graduated from university
- Have at least one year of experience in the same position
- Possess basic knowledge of labor law, social insurance law, and PIT law
- Proficient in English (4 skills)
- Possess logical and analytical skills
- PDCA, job organization, Ho-Ren-So (Reporting), Analysis and problem-solving, Presentation, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Have at least one year of experience in the same position
- Possess basic knowledge of labor law, social insurance law, and PIT law
