Mô tả công việc
Leader QA Engineer Responsibilities:
Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test plans, test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.
Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.
Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.

Leader QA Engineer Requirements:
Insights and experience leading a cross functional team.
Ability to work in English
Experienced in testing API using Postman, Soap UI, XCode ...
Proficient use of SQL queries is a plus
Experience working with Mobile Testing (Android and IOS), E-commerce, B2B2C is an advantage
Experienced, knowledgeable in programming, being able to do automation is a plus
Understand the testing and product development processes.
Experience working under an Agile (Scrum) methodology
Ability to communicate and solve problems by themselves
Ability to learn new knowledge and skills if instructed.
Must be proficient in English
Must be proficient in Vietnamese
