Mô tả công việc

Job Description
Service sales:
Searching and identifying potential customers
Planning and carrying out regular visits to existing and new customers nationwide to build up relationships and collect new business opportunities for services
Meeting regular service sales & profit targets
In-house repair:
In-house repairs incl. carrying out fault finding, diagnostics, repairs and testing on Rexroth hydraulics components and systems
Prepare inspection report including roots causes to customers and advise suitable solution(s)
Inform/give purchase request to Logistics team/ procurement department; follow-up to ensure the right service parts are available in time
Fields service:
Installation and commissioning of hydraulic components and systems
Provide on-site technical supports and trouble shootings
Providing customers with technical operational and maintenance training regarding Rexroth hydraulic components and/or system
Others:
Recording and maintaining service and customer data on CRM system
Coordinate with HQ Service Centre & Regional Service Center to repair components and system
Coordinate with HQ Service Centre & Regional Service Center on field service activities
Working closely with project / field sales team to design custom-made solutions, system upgrading/retrofitting
Ad-hoc tasks

Yêu cầu

Qualifications
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 years of hydraulic workshop service
Good both reading and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office software, engineering and designing software tools
Strong technical and hands-on skills
Strong knowledge of hydraulic products, systems and applications
Detail oriented, Honest & Punctual
Good communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
Love to physically/hand on machine
Able to work under high pressure, independently and with high level of discipline
Strong sense of Integrity and compliance culture
Team player
Willingness to intensive travel around Vietnam and work at customer sites

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development....) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
