Mô tả công việc

IBM ELM:
Engaging with key business users and stakeholders and collecting and defining requirements
Discussing and cooperating with the development team to specify, execute and provide relevant solutions
Working on business and technical tasks in IBM products like DOORS, DOORS Next, EWM (RTC), ETM (RQM), Rhapsody and other Jazz applications
Managing and analyzing changes to requirements in the IBM ELM product suite
Capturing and tracing changes to requirements in the IBM ELM product suite
Leading proactive communication and information exchange
Providing feedback and guidance to clients to support technology-related decision making.
Helping our clients with Process-Development in ELM Toolchain
Support during pre-sales and post-sales activities
Systems engineering & MBSE
Support the transformation of systems engineering from its document-intensive past to model-centric future.
System concept development
Elicitation and specification of functional requirements, and decomposition and traceability of those requirements
Use modern model-based systems engineering approaches that make extensive use of Systems Modeling Language (SysML) skills.
Communicate technical capabilities and analyses with internal stakeholders and external customers

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics/ Automotive/IT or equivalent.
Knowledge of other ALM tools (DOORS/Codebeamer,...)
Solid understanding of processes in the Area of requirements engineering, design, MBSE, development and testing of complex products
Knowledge of traditional and agile development processes (V-Model/ Agile)
Software development skills (C/C++, Matlab/Simulink, Python...)
Good communication & presentation skills and team cooperation ability to work closely with both internal and external customers as well as the internal design team at the same time.
Experience developing executable architectures, system models, simulations, or analysis of architectures (Enterprise, Systems, components, etc.)
An interest in crafting digital models (defining and analyzing behaviors, interfaces, and parametric)
Ability to work independently as well as in a team and can continuously learn and improve the practice.
Orientation on customer and high-quality service delivery
Willingness to travel
Good documentation skills.
Good English skills: Listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Responsiveness, agility, discipline and willingness to take over responsibility.
