Responsibilities

Customize plans and proposal for individual prospect
Communicate with the parents about the students' progress.
Research extra-curricular opportunities for students.
Stay updated with current college admission changes
Assist College Counselor from The Princeton Review with scheduling meetings with students
Advise students about extracurricular activities that match their interests and provide leadership opportunities
Help students identify meaningful summer plans, such as internships, competitions, research opportunities, and community service options
Interact with students and provide guidance and direction regarding educational options.
Research potential opportunities, qualify prospective clients, and collaborate in programming needs
Participate in the development & implementation of marketing plans
Monthly meet-up with The Princeton Review to update about the program

Skill Requirements

· Intermediate computer skills; eager to learn new platforms

· Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

· Proactive, self-starting, curious, and positive attitude

· Detail-oriented and patient, with a customer-focused mindset

· Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives

· Exceptional planning and organizational abilities; additional experience in project management, event coordination, and product management is advantageous

· Proven track record in similar roles within the Education field

Required Experience

1-2 years of experience in Customer Services, Student Services/Counselling, or Business Development

Required Education and qualifications

Studied in the US for a long-term period, researched academic programs of top US schools, and passionate about tutoring students
Graduation from a top 100 US university (National University Rankings) is a plus
