Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Relationship:
Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with North American clients, serving as their primary contact.
Efficiently guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our offerings and the value that our products bring to their business.
Regularly review and analyze customer accounts and usage to identify potential for upselling, cross-selling, and improvement.
Customer Experience & Satisfaction:
Proactively collect customer feedback to assess satisfaction levels and service effectiveness.
Address and resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction standards.
Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client needs.
Develop strategies to improve the onboarding process, enhance overall customer experience, and foster loyalty.
Reporting & Analytics:
Regularly report on account status, including challenges, successes, and opportunities, to internal stakeholders.
Utilize CRM software and data analytics tools to track and analyze customer interactions and trends.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer service or related fields.
Fluency in English and familiarity with North American business culture.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Wordpress experience is not necessary, but is preferred.
Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.
Ability to work cross functionally
Proven ability to identify and capitalize on client opportunities within an account management context.
Strategic thinking and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to work permanent night shifts to align with North American business hours
Available to work in Pacific Standard or Eastern Standard time zones (about 11pm - 7am VNT)
Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer service or related fields.
