As part of our future organisation, we're strengthening our Logistics region SAP team, and looking for a 3PL Business Expert to join us!

As a Import-Export Specialist - you are responsible to secure impex and controlling needs of the Vietnamese Distribution Center (DC). You are going to secure impex business while securing high level KPIs, drive set sustainability actions. In addition, you will support H&M DC Manager and vendors with quantitative insights for customs clearance and international transportation to achieve the best outcome for the H&M customers.

Coordinate and manage all regional import and export processes for commercial and NCG
Ensure and manage efficient handling of customs formalities in cross-region trades
Timely submit entries for customs clearance and ensure compliance with global rules, standards and regulations set by Global Trade & Customs
Support opportunities to optimize regional customs and tax in line with local regulations and aligned with Global Trade & Customs department and strategies
Communicate with state customs and other reg. regulators
Support global initiatives/projects with reg. expertise,
Closely collaborate with Tax and Accounting to ensure compliance with country requirements
Act as local first contact to Regional Sales for cross-border questions for existing set ups
Ensure compliance with global rules, standards and regulations set by Global Trade & Customs

Deep expertise in import and export processes in region across all types of cross-border flows
Strong understanding of global Trade & Customs rules and regulations for regional execution
Solid overview on relevant regional market environment and cross-border trade relationships
Strong communication & coordination skills

Bachelors Degree, preferably in Customs, Logistics, or International Business
5-7 years of management background with transportation/logistics/Customs compliance experience
3-5 years experience with import classification
Experience with Imports/export of garments preferred, but not required
Knowledge of international imports/exports preferred
Strong classification skills, with a thorough knowledge HTS, Customs Rulings and Regulations, and Other Government Agency regulations governing Imports
Highly knowledgeable of FTA's the EC Harmonized Tariff Code, and W.T.O. Explanatory Notes
Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and in a high pressure, multi-personality, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with peers, internal customers, and vendors
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to speak and write in English fluently

This is a full-time position base in Vietnam DC . You will become a part of the Logistic Region SAP team and report directly to DC Manager in Viet Nam.
