Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate all activities associated with Sea Freight Export/Import Operations
- Execute export / import shipments accurately and swiftly, in compliance with export regulations and customer's expectations.
- Communicate and receive orders from customers/ agents then arrangement with airlines/overseas agents Negotiate with Carriers/agents to the space capacity and booking approve bookings for freight pick up, and ensure coordination for shipments.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations for all shipments Prepare and examine SI/bills of lading to determine shipping charges and tariffs.
- Enter shipment data into computer system in order to generate required documents and labels, apply rates and charges, arrange export/ import clearance with logistics team if needed, and track shipments with carriers from origin to destination.
- Provide service and support to customers and overseas offices regarding status, transit, or irregularities of shipments.
- Assist in creating and updating operations and customer Standard Oprating Procedures (SOP) As needed

Yêu cầu
- College and/or University degree level.
- At least 2-3 year experience in position
- Influence in English and MS office
- Good customer care skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
