80% Management of import-export department:
- Monitor work and manage employees in the department.
- Make a good report on customs finalization, tax refund / liquidation of import tax, inventory of the company and Customs; conversion of import purposes, specializing in processing and manufacturing for export.
- Monitor import and export data, make year-end final settlement reports.
- Report on finalization of finished products and raw materials by type of export production.
- Declare the report and submit the report and settlement documents to the Customs.
- Explain to Customs when required.
20% Inventory Risk Management:
- Monthly compare and contrast data on the quantity of finished products, raw materials and accessories between the accounting department, import-export department, warehouse to report to the Board of Directors. - Coordinate and check inventory reports between Import
-Export, Accounting and Warehouse departments to ensure correct and accurate reporting data.
80% Management of import-export department:
- Monitor work and manage employees in the department.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Quantity: 1 person - Careful, honest, agile, proactive, good negotiator, good communicator, able to work in a team, work independently.
- University graduate majoring in Economics, Foreign Trade or Foreign Economic Relations will be given preference
- English: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
- Have knowledge of import, export and international payment
- 5 years of experience in import and export management, preferably in the backpack, bag or garment industry.
