A. Customs Documentation
Prepare import and export documents including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin (C/O), quarantine certificates, and other country-specific documents.
Declare customs for both import and export shipments.
Complete and deliver full sets of documents to clients via email or courier (e.g., DHL).
Provide support to customers during customs clearance at the destination port when needed.
Archive scanned documents on the company server and submit stamped hard copies to the accounting team.
B. Sample Shipments
Receive sample shipment requests from the Sales Department and QA/R&D teams at factories.
Review requests and propose appropriate shipping methods, coordinating with Sales and QA/R&D.
Submit estimated costs for approval to Sales and Finance.
Arrange and execute sample shipments.
Prepare summary reports on shipped samples and related expenses.
C. Payment Documentation
Collect and process payments for all sample shipments.
Handle advance payments and settle costs related to C/O, quarantine, and other export-import procedures.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
College or University degree in International Business, Supply Chain & Logistics, or Import-Export.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customs documentation.
Experience working with drivers, shipping lines, ports, clients, and other stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills for handling issues such as delays, loss, or damaged goods.
Solid understanding of logistics processes: receiving, inspection, transportation, delivery, and warehousing.
Knowledge of export-import documentation (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, C/O, Customs Declaration, etc.).
Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and ability to resolve arising issues with customs authorities.
English proficiency sufficient to read and understand export-import documents.
