Handling of all customs procedures
Efficient contact to suppliers abroad and domestic
Ensure that the delivery time of material/finish goods are successful in regard to production/customers requirements
Efficient control of all related documentation on Import/Export issues
Arrange shipments according to procedures
Employee is responsible in proactively receive, search, learn and comply with prevailing law and company regulation which are communicated via internal information channels including broadcasting, email, SBS (Sonion Business System), notice board and electronic notice in every areas. This content includes but not limited to: ISO on Quality Management, Environment, Occupation Health & Safety, Code of conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor safety and Fire Prevention and Fighting, Work Rule and Employee Handbook and other internal regulations.
Attending concerned training courses of QMS-ISO 9001, EMS-ISO 14001, OH&SMS-ISO45001 where required.

Yêu cầu công việc

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education:
Required: College degree.
Preferable: University Degree, major in Commercial &Trade / Economy / English / Technical
2. Professional knowledge of:
Basic understanding of foreign trade, forwarding, import export, custom regulations
3. Knowledge of computer servicing:
Can use Microsoft Office
Can use ERP or SAP, preferable
4. Foreign languages: English at B level or equal
5. Other (e.g. competences):
Good at communication skills and Negotiation skills
Time management skill
Open for learning new things and work under high pressure
6. Professional experience: At least 3 months of experience in administrative work
