Responsible for executing service quotations for Customs Procedures and Logistics, ensuring the quality of services provided, supervising the export-import process, specialized inspections, final settlement reports and legal files accurately and completely, as mandated by law and assigned by the company.
Checking export-import inventory and stock levels at the warehouse, finalizing monthly inventory reports, and directly handling the export and import files.
Complete the opening of Job Files on the Fast system for all shipments handled directly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness regarding customer information, input, and output costs.
Complete tracking updates on the Excel file according to the Import Team's regulations.
Assist the Leader in completing application dossiers for import licenses, Product Announcements (Công Bố), Self-Announcements (Tự Công Bố), etc., as guided by the Leader.
Responsible for reporting, presenting proposals, solutions and action plans for issues beyond their resolution capability concerning the customers they directly manage.
Responsible for providing support and training to colleagues within the Import - Logistics team under the Leader's guidance.
Yêu cầu
Graduated from College/University of economics, import-export, logistics or relevant field.
At least 3 years working experience in logistics/Freight Forwarder.
English: Good communication skills in English.
Good skills in computers & Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Dynamic, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work under high pressure.
