In Country Representative

1. Implementation of marketing and sales strategies to achieve company objectives forassigned territories
• Meet student recruitment number and quarterly target revenue
2. Recruitment Agent Management
• Assist the Country Manager to design and implement strategies to recruit students fromassigned territories
• Through Country Manager's guidance, initiate and implement regular informationsessions for programs in collaborations with recruitment agents, providing enquirysupport to students during information sessions, supporting logistical, administrativeand coordination works in order to make outreach a success.
• Provide regular training, and engage recruitment agent regularly to build rapport
• Assist reporting officer to meaningfully expand recruitment agent network, establishnew contacts, maintain good service relationship with recruitment agent, work togetherto achieve sales targets
• Arrange meetings with prospective clients, colleges and schools
• Promote PSB Academy's branding and products in the country
• Prepare and work with prospective recruitment agents to sign contract with agreed terms and conditions
• Educate agents on the product and ICA requirements
• Understand Committee for Private Education (CPE) and Edutrust policy, term and regulation clearly
3. Student Outreach and Support
• Maintain good relationship and engagement with existing, and establish new foreign school and university collaborations
• Conduct and attend marketing activities like: education fairs, seminars, college talks, etc.
• Attend to students' queries and feedback via emails, phone calls and face to face interaction in a timely manner according to leads management system guidelines
• Provide good service standards to enhance student application experience
• Meet prospective students via agency office, schools , seminars and exhibitions
Arrange student submission of academic documents and other documents for both academic process and student visa process.
4. Budget Management
• Operate within given financial budget for recruitment is managed wisely and effectively
5. General ad-hoc duties
• Provide regular performance report to reporting officer
• Provide market intelligence to reporting officer on competitors and opportunities
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer
