In-House SAP FICO Business Analyst

• Facilitate the roll-out and support of SAP FICO module for Financials and Costing operations
• Be responsible for discussing local requirements with Key- and End-users
• Collaborate with regional team in order to make sure the implemented solutions are aligned with the regional processes and guidelines and locally relevant.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document internal customer requirements
• Conduct interview workshops to collect business requirements
• Assess and recommend solutions according to the scope and to support with resolving open design issues
• Support regional CoE team to map client business requirements, processes and objectives; validate their configuration and development of necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs.
• Validate regional team's design, customization, configuration and support testing of FICO business scenarios
• Help with the configuration of SAP FICO to support business required scope; document configuration rationale
• Develop / Update relevant Master Data Standards especially master data to support SAP modules processes preferred
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Review and feedback on functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the regional technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
