We are looking for a motivated and hands-on In-House Service Technician & Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a dual-role position combining technical service support and warehouse management for three world-leading brands in premium water and air filtration technology and office drink solutions - BWT, IQAir, and TopBrewer.
You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service, ensuring our systems operate flawlessly, and keeping our warehouse operations efficient and organized.
- Servicing and troubleshooting equipment and filtration systems.
- Repairing faulty products and ensuring optimal performance.
- Coordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and dispatching goods.
- Managing stock levels, inventory accuracy, and warehouse tidiness.
- Supporting the sales and customer service teams with technical insights and product knowledge.
- Maintaining service documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Yêu cầu
- Technical background or relevant experience in electrical or mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in maintaining order in the warehouse.
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy (Excel, inventory systems, email)
- CAD knowledge
- Fluent in Vietnamese, conversational English is a must
