Incoming Quality and Lab Engineer

1. Job Overview/ Tổng quan
1. Responsible for quality management of incoming Raw Materials of Mixing/Semi Finished Activity (Chemical, Rubber...), and of Tire/Finished Product Activity (Bead wire, Mold releasing agent...).
2. Work with Procurement and Supplier related to Quality of incoming material.
3. Management resource of Lab room (man, machine, method, facility).
2. Key responsibilities and accountabilities/Vai trò và Trách nhiệm:
2.1. Incoming Quality control: 45%
- Issue, update work instruction, standard and reaction plan for Lab technician and Quality Guarantee technician related to testing and management of incoming material.
- Analysis deviation and confirm decision for on-hold raw material.
- Participate in the Trouble shooting and Quality Problem Solving related to raw material quality issue.
- Work with Procurement team and Supplier, monitor S8DR to ensure improvement actions for raw material.
- Quality involvement in Improvement projects related to raw material.
- Involve in FMEA, Control - testing plan, 4M change.
- Validate new supplier/new material.
2.2. Quality Report: 20%
- Analyze defect data, make daily/ weekly/ monthly report analyze result for raw material defect situation.
- Report for evaluation supplier performance.
- Participant supplier audit with Procurement and Supplier Quality team.
2.3 Lab team management: 25%
- Lead Lab team in daily operation: arrange resource, training, develop team's performance to meet requirement of quality and productivity.
- Overall physical management Lab room for equipment, budget, facility, storage...
