Responsible for managing and overseeing the overall operation of the Indian cuisine kitchen at the hotel.
Develop and standardize authentic Indian menus ensuring quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to ensure compliance with food safety and hotel standards.
Manage, train, and develop the kitchen team.
Control food costs, manage inventory, and oversee
purchasing of ingredients.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best dining experience for guests.
Ensure the kitchen complies with hygiene, health & safety, and food safety regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef / Hotel Management.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in hotels or international restaurants.
Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Indian cuisine.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage kitchen operations and control food costs effectively.
Basic to good English communication skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
