This position is responsible for implementing 6S and continuous improvement in the company.Responsibilities1. 6s:Workflow standardization: Kanban system design, implementation, and follow-upEvaluate the capability of the machine and process in order to do WIP standardizationStandardize equipment, toolsJoin 6S activities: Join auditing, report 6S results, and give feedback to stakeholders.Visual control design and control2. Kaizen program: Join driving continuous improvement in the company.Kaizen scheme follow-up & continuous improvement: The Kaizen committee and Kaizen team members encourage incentives for Kaizen ideas.Kaizen propaganda: Kaizen news, Kaizen workshop event, Kaizen monthly email, Kaizen cornerKaizen training, one-point lesson in the office and workshopCoordinate departments to support Kaizen idea execution, periodically report, and give feedback to the Kaizen committeeAdvise the department leaders on how to evaluate Kaizen ideas.3. Lean application:Process analysis, A continuous identification of waste, and improvement: based on company pain points, analyze the process, identify bottlenecks, suggest solutions, and drive executionImprove tools and equipment: based on observation of worker motion and ergonomic benchmarks, improve tools and equipment.Benchmarking, researching best practices from other industries, companies, scientific articles, theses, videos, onsite visits... and apply the best method to the company4. Company propagandaPrepare for customer visit and management team visitSupport media members to arrange for video
