Position 1: Food Applications Sales (Location: Ho Chi Minh or Binh Duong)
- Conducting market and customer process analyses to evaluate new business possibilities in the field of food applications for industrial gases
- Support and implementation of development projects in collaboration with our regional teams, customers and partners in the food and sustainable transport segment
- Designing and implement audits, R&D projects and tests using liquid and industrial gases
- Growing our food segment towards the next level via networking, internal/external training, exhibitions, etc.
Position 2: Cutting & Welding Applications Expert (Location: Ho Chi Minh or Binh Duong)
1. Support
business development (40%)
- Promotion of Messer's Products, Services and Applications to existing and potential customers
- Identifing customer's issues and consult, suggest the suitable solution with Messer's applications
- Preparing and proposing technical solutions to customer
- Support on testing, trial at customer
- Setup and development of relation with organizations, enterprises, associations in welding industry
- Making and updating market analysis report of welding industry
2. Customer service consultant (35%)
- Regular visit existing customer
- Building good relationships with customers
- Coordinating related departments to evaluate and handle customer's issues/ complaints
3. Demonstration, testing, training (15%)
- Training, demonstration of welding process
- Testing, trial new products/ process
4. Market intelligence and market report (5%)
- Establish and update market database in the assigned segment
- Weekly visiting report on time
- Update market situation on time
5. Other assigned tasks (5%)
- Develop, coordinate marketing material
- Perform other support and supervision tasks according to assigned tasks
