- Maintain and improve the MES system running in the factory
- Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, to improve efficiency and speed performance for assigned areas.
- Work with team to evaluate the labor cost during new products introduction, to provide the robust quoted labor requirement and continuously to drive its reduction after mass production.
- Define the working process flows during the products pilot, and continuously maintain and improve it during mass production.
- Design layout of equipment/material/workspace to illustrate the maximum efficiency, and coordinate layout and facility move, for assigned customer or areas.
- Collect, analyzes work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
- Supporting inside and outsource partners to develop effective automated and manual systems. And guide to optimize facility layouts, production lines and machine operations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree in electronic-related discipline
- Knowledge about MES system
- 2 years or above working experience in manufacturing.
- Understand and utilize Lean principles and IE tools (time study, standard work, value steam mapping, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, etc) to systematically identify and eliminate wastes (in EMS is plus)
- Basic understanding of Six Sigma tool kits such as GR&R, SPC, CPK, etc.
- Problem solving ability
- Self-motivated, open-minded, and willing to take risks.
- Good communication skills. Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD skills required
