Learn and participate in daily factory operations. Monitor production progress, productivity, quality, manpower and delivery performance. Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems. Propose corrective and preventive actions. Able to work under pressure
Yêu cầu
Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome. Experience in garment, textile or manufacturing factories is an advantage but not mandatory. Demonstrates strong leadership potential and willingness to develop into a management role.
