Manage routing, ECNs, and SAP standard costs.
Drive productivity improvement initiatives; implement and monitor related activities.
Evaluate materials used outside the BOM; analyze scrap/losses and implement improvements.
Evaluate and establish the utilization of tooling and fixtures.
Assess direct labor (DL) performance; analyze gaps and drive improvements.
Design production line layouts; manage project progress and optimize space utilization.
Manage training programs and certification processes for direct labor.
Manage factory space allocation costs and utility expenses.
Manage idle equipment and machinery.
. Implement and promote 5S, discipline, and Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP).
. Establish standard cycle times; evaluate UPH (Units Per Hour), direct labor requirements, and machine resource capacity.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Proficient in conversational English.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with a strong interest in joining USI, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn will be given priority.
