Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

Required Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience required.
- Advance understanding of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems.
- Capable of operating hand, power and specialized tools.
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 Kg.
- Team player and willing to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Graduate from University with a major in mechanical engineering.
- Have experience in F.D.I company is an advantage.
- Basic English language preferred.
Other requirements
- Requested to have a wide range of skills that aid in their work of installing, maintaining and disassembling industrial machines.
- Putting together a machine can take few days or several weeks (flexibility is required).
- Need to be able to perform repairs that include replacing worn or defective parts of machines.
- Sometimes is required to taking apart existing machines. To do this commonly need to be able to use cranes, hoists winches and other lifting equipment.
