.SCOPE OF THE JOB
• Ensure industrialization of all projects transferred or new to respect Safety Quality Cost Milestones. In charge of selection of special characteristics
• Ensures deployment of the Hutchinson Excellence System at his level: VP, HDS...
• Ensures projects are transferred to production ensuring Safety Quality Deadlines.
• Improves permanently organisation and methodology of the process
• It is in charge of implementing developing and maintaining appropriate procedures of industrialization and project management.
• Ensure animation and communication of the methodology and organisation of the new projects' implementation in plant
• Implement of IATF 16949 in scope of job to success in any level of Auditing and in charge of process card that you are assigned
2. SAFETY / ENVIRONMENT
• Ensure the writing of machine safety and technical needs to order, control.
• Ensuring projects to start will comply with safety and prevent environment impact.
• Ensure machines to be used are designed before ordering respecting safety requirements
• Prevent any environmental incident to happen, reduce environmental impact of our activities

• Rise concern on any abnormal or non efficient situation, proposing options
• Propose solutions for any opportunity to make progress regarding
• Ensure industrialization of all projects transferred or new to respect Safety Quality Cost Milestones. In charge of selection of special characteristics
• Ensures deployment of the Hutchinson Excellence System at his level: VP, HDS...
• Ensures projects are transferred to production ensuring Safety Quality Deadlines.
• Improves permanently organisation and methodology of the process
• It is in charge of implementing developing and maintaining appropriate procedures of industrialization and project management.
• Ensure animation and communication of the methodology and organisation of the new projects implementation in plant
• Implement of IATF 16949 in scope of job to success in any level of Auditing and in charge of process card that you are assigned
• Uses the VP for management of plural disciplinary meetings with the teams
• Makes weekly review with team in Korea
• Makes weekly review of project with team in Vietnam
• Controls and animate the transfer of rubber products from Korea to Vietnam
• Ensure the card of transfer to the production is properly done and managed
• Makes necessary trip to our partners for industrialisation and customers assy plants
MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION
• Uses the VP for management of plural disciplinary meetings with the teams
• Makes weekly review with team
• Makes weekly review of project with team in VTN
• Controls and animate the transfer of rubber products from Kr to VTN
• Ensure the card of transfer to the production is properly done and managed
Define and get signed by you, me and your engineer the job description of your indirect staff
• Makes necessary trip to our partners for industrialisation and customers assy plants
INDICATORS TO UPDATE
• VP + OBEYA
• Nb of claims until 6M after SOP
TARGET INDICATOR: definition of the KPI you are responsible for
-efficiency and scraps for the projects until 3M after SOP
