Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales,
business development, or
digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Ability to communicate in English and Ukrainian fluently to interact with local clients.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working on the advertiser, agency, or media owner side.
Experience with Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of the competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., creating dashboards, automating custom reports, and materializing tables).
Ability to analyze datasets and distill them into actionable insights, presented as a logical and compelling story.
Ability to co-ordinate timelines, goals, and objectives for assigned project components.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences at all levels.
