Role & responsibility
Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
Identify target audiences and select appropriate influencers to reach these demographics.
Research and identify potential influencers across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
Evaluate influencers based on engagement rates, follower demographics, content quality, and brand fit.
Reach out to and establish relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts and collaboration terms.
Plan and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, product placement, and promotional events.
Work closely with influencers to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
Monitor campaign progress and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and other partners.
Provide ongoing support and communication to influencers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Effectively manage client campaigns, ensuring they're delivered on time, to a high standard; communicating with social influencers and platform partners (e.g. Vamp / Whalar etc) will be necessary, as well as internal communications, i.e. with the Creative, Content & Digital PR, and Paid Media teams .
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions).
Use data to optimize strategies and improve ROI on influencer marketing efforts.
Manage budgets for influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective spending
Negotiate fees and contracts with influencers to maximize budget efficiency.
Coordinate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 5 years of working experience in the same position.
In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Creative, strategic, and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, eager to learn, and always up-to-date on the latest trends.
Ability to Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
